By using X Creator (the “App”) or this website (x-creator.app), you agree to these terms.

The service

X Creator is a production tool for composing and publishing content to X. Features may include voice dictation, drafts, AI-assisted editing, and media tools. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Your account and X

You authenticate with your own X account. You are responsible for content you publish and for complying with X’s rules and applicable law. X Creator is not affiliated with X Corp.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate X’s terms, policies, or rate limits
• Harass, defraud, or infringe others’ rights
• Probe, abuse, or disrupt the App or related services
• Automate bulk posting in ways that violate platform rules

AI features

AI suggestions are assistive only. You review and are solely responsible for anything you post. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; do not rely on it as professional advice.

Intellectual property

The App, website, and branding are owned by X Creator. You retain rights to content you create, subject to the licenses you grant X when you publish.

Disclaimer

The App and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by X or third-party providers.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by signing out and uninstalling. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
